  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Credit or exchange is available only if the item is broken.
  • Broken Items: If an item is received broken, it must be returned at the buyer's expense in its original condition to qualify for credit or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, credit or exchange is possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the buyer must return the item at their expense for a credit or exchange, provided the toys are in original condition. No refunds are given for change of mind.
